  • Free shipping on orders over $400

International Shipping:

Return Eligibility:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:

  • Unopened, unworn products in original packaging
  • Items with all original tags and protective coverings intact
  • Products that arrive damaged or defective 

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Products that have been worn, installed, or altered
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Products that have been washed, colored, or heat-styled
  • Custom or made-to-order items

How to Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email hello@beuttelinehair.com within 14 days with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will respond within 24 hours with return authorization and detailed instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item in original packaging with all tags intact. Ship to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets return eligibility requirements. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at hello@beuttelinehair.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you experience excessive shedding, tangling, or other quality issues within 30 days of receiving your order (and the product has been cared for according to our guidelines), contact us at hello@beuttelinehair.com.

We'll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please initiate a return for your original item and place a new order for the desired product.
